Pricing
The price displayed on the product page is the final price you must pay, excluding shipping costs. Prices remain valid for 10 days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing or confirmed by an authorized employee of Vivian Trading Company. Prices are based on the shipping method used, and the site reserves the right to cancel orders if the set sales prices under government laws are lower than the company"s estimated prices
Shipping and Delivery

Payment Terms
Discounts apply only to the value of the goods invoice and do not include taxes and shipping costs. The Pierre Cardin website reserves the right to request prepayment for goods. If the buyer fails to pay as agreed or violates any other agreed terms, the site reserves the right to cancel any unpaid portions of the order, and the buyer remains liable for any outstanding payments
Taxes and Import/Export Licenses
All prices include taxes. The buyer is responsible for paying any taxes based on the invoices unless they provide an exemption accepted by the authorities or if the company is legally prohibited from collecting taxes from the buyer.
Buyer Protection and Return Policy
If the buyer purchases goods but does not receive them, or if the received goods differ from the description or are damaged or defective, the buyer can request protection under the Buyer Protection Program and follow the return policy. Returns must be made within 3 days of receiving the item in its original packaging and condition without use or wear.
If it is confirmed that the product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description, the buyer will receive a full refund, including shipping costs.
Once the claim is processed, the site will arrange for the return of the product and refund the buyer, including the paid shipping costs.
Liability
Once Pierre Cardin accepts an order, the site is not liable for any damages or injuries caused by the product alone or in combination with other products.
The site is not responsible for any weight or quantity errors unless the buyer contacts the company within five days of receiving the shipment, with the original shipping invoice signed by the shipping company indicating that the goods were received from the site in that condition.

The buyer acknowledges that they purchased the goods for purposes that align with their actual or intended use and does not rely on the site"s evaluations for selecting suitable goods or materials.
The buyer agrees to use the goods in compliance with all government laws.
Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
Pierre Cardin’s website is not responsible for any consequential or incidental loss, damage, or expense directly or indirectly resulting from the sale, use, handling, or any other related cause.
Regardless of claims made, the website’s liability is limited to replacing non-conforming products, refunding the buyer, or coordinating with the buyer for repairs as deemed appropriate.
If the site requests the return of goods, the buyer must return the goods based on the company’s return instructions.
Force Majeure/Uncontrollable Circumstances
